Midwest native and Brooklyn resident Bobby Wood weaves primitive Americana ala John Fahey and Robbie Basho with singer-songwriter tendencies ala Bob Dylan, Bert Jansch and Paul Westerberg. His works are often asymmetrical in structure. The listener will experience a broad presence of musical ideas, giving insight into the technicians’ musical influence from South America, the Middle East, Africa and further on.

His lyrical themes are surreal and beautiful, harrowing and humorous and very much off is own mind. From one song to the next, the participant can almost expect to be entertained from the music made by this believable host. Bobby is working on an upcoming group of songs, to be released in 2024.
